  • RAC Future Leaders Programmes – 12-month programme featuring industry expert courses delivered in Riyadh and an extensive international component incorporating Dublin and Cork Airports and IMI. Targeted at new high potential graduates  
  • Operational Excellence Programmes – bespoke training and development programme for experienced airport professionals including visits to daa International airports. Targeted at Talent identified within operations  
  • Commercial Excellence Programme – fully customised programme aimed at diversifying revenue generating opportunities, leveraging international expertise and real time case studies, participant projects and international visits. Targeted at both commercial and non-commercial employees 
  • ADM Development Programme – currently under development

Implementation Approach 

As our Clients training and development partner, daa International design, develop and deliver bespoke programmes to meet RAC’s L&D requirements  

  • All programmes are developed to international standards with specific learning objectives and programme evaluation 
  • All bespoke and customised aviation related content in each programme is developed and delivered by industry experts and qualified professionals with considerable and current aviation experience 
  • All programme content identification and design begin with exploratory client workshops and Training Needs Analysis to ensure final programme product meets learning needs of target audiences  
  • Wire frame programme structure and proposed content are shared with client for review and comment  
  • Pilots and programme elements are shared with clients Training & Development team and key stakeholders  
  • Support for assessment centre design and implementation is provided where applicable for specific programmes. (Identification of suitable candidates to attend programme)  
  • Technical Aviation Specific Assessments are developed based on relevant GACAR’s, Client programme specific manuals, SOPs and documentation and international regulatory standards 
  • Individual and team learning projects are designed to deliver business solutions.  
  • Online support and access to all programme content and additional resources are made available to all programme participants
